Poland Spoleczna Akademia Nauk Lodz (SAN)

Spoleczna Academia Nauk (SAN) is one of the leading private universities in Poland. Delivering programmes to 15,000 students through 18 Academic Departments.

SAN is also a major institution for persistent education of all age groups: from children through educators to seniors (LLL) offering a range of courses to adult learners across Poland.

In 2010 SAN established: Adult Education Center, special unit engaged in providing courses and trainings for adults.

Through the Polish Open Academy SAN also delivers study programmes and extension courses and are a centre for methodology, technology and deliver of eLearning.

Located in central Poland SAN Lodz works with 30 international Universities

and is currently delivering over 50 international projects including ones dedicated to wide understood education, promoting innovative management concepts of knowledge transfer. SAN has experience in implementing the EU projects addressed to disadvantaged groups aiming to development of social and life skills, as well the idea of peer education, mentoring and coaching.
